An 82-house Planned Unit Development of one-bedroom and
two-bedroom dwellings, this complex was built under the FHA
203b program on a flat site in the outer limits of a Bay Area
suburban setting.

Construction is two-story wood frame with exteriors of painted
rough-cut fir plywood. All units have both private entrance
courtyards and private rear yards with covered adjacent parking .
