Designed as an addition to the existing performing arts center in a park-like campus setting, this facility will contain two performance halls, a music library, a dance studio, fine arts studios, and administrative offices totaling 65,000 square feet of space.  The public lobby/student lounge is set between the two halls and features an adjoining terrace overlooking the rolling West Virginia hills.

The exterior surface is white and pink granite-faced concrete masonry units and is sympathetic to the materials of the existing building.  The building structure is steel frame.
