	150 units of government-subsidized low-to-moderate income housing on a site near the edge of town. Conceived as a low-cost, short construction time solution, the pre-fabricated units were to be manufactured in Idaho, trucked to the site, lifted into place and bolted to laterally-braced steel-frame armatures containing building utilities and vertical circulation.
